This page displays all patients for a doctor or only those that have
not been signed.  This is a user option.  Internal email can be
accessed from this page as well as Inter office memos and
Internet news.  This page can be set up by practice or by user.
(see Chart Notes for more information on internal email).  Each
column can quickly be sorted by a single mouse click.  The patient
appointments can be viewed by time, listed alphabetically, or by
provider.  

The above example shows that 4 patients have been checked into
the office, an exam has been started and also shows where the
patient is within the practice. The 'L' indicates that the patient chart
is locked by a user and is not accessible by another user until it
has been released.  Having an EMR means that there will never
be another lost chart!

Home Screen
The home page will be your most viewed screen within
KeyChart®.  This screen is where each user will come each time
they log into the system.  The contents of a patient's chart can be
viewed from this screen under Documents.  The user can view old
exams, referral letters, consent forms as well as documents saved
and imported into KeyChart.  A list of the patient's Allergies,
Chronic Diagnosis, Most Recent Diagnosis, and Current
Medications can also be viewed from this screen.
