individual physician. Since each physician can do the same
exam a little differently than another within the practice, we
have made KeyChart® customizable enough to ensure that the
physicians in your practice are not going to have to change the
way they see patients. Once the exam type is selected you will
have the option of bringing over past exam information from
the previous exam and modifying it to reflect the findings for
the current exam. This allows for exam consistency throughout
the practice and more detailed exam documentation for your
patient.
